Yes, you will need to own the game on Steam.
What streamers can I watch during the campaign?
For Songkeeper - All Twitch streamers are eligible to participate in this Twitch Drops campaign. Streamers must ensure they have enabled Drops on their account and are actively streaming in the No Rest for the Wicked category. You can check out the No Rest for the Wicked Twitch directory to find participating streams.

I claimed the drops through Twitch but it isn't showing up in the game. What can I do?
After you have claimed the drops, you will need to talk to Captain Randolph in the game to claim your rewards.
